Wednesday Night Chat

Please join us on Wednesday night at 8/7 central for a pre-trials pep rally and chat with our special guest John Lohn. John is the newsmaster of SwimInfo.com and sports reporter for Brendan's home town newspaper the Delaware County Times. He also enjoys pina coladas, getting caught in the rain and making love after midnight....

  • Wow I'm so excited to hear that John is brave enough to join us this week! What a great way for us all to get pumped about Trials! John is like my idol since I wanna grow up to be a sports writer one of these days. See ya on Wednesday night John, and I'll make sure to keep those pina coladas coming :)

  • Weee!!!! We get John!! What a blast. I hope he is ready. Remember the body shots? If there is no swimmer to use as a salt holder..I think you may substitute a writer.

  • Awesome! John, get ready for a roller coaster ride. I'm so ready for Trials to start and this is just the way to bring it over the top. Weeee!!

  • Yes I like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain.
I'm not much into health food, I am into champagne.
We can meet John tomorrow night, and cut through the Delco tape
At a chat called BHO, where we'll plan our escape? (to Montreal?)

Rupert Holmes ... good man, good man.
Michelle, and Michelle's contributing intro writer, I want credit for keeping that one PG and making no mention of the dunes of the cape.

John, sweetheart, thanks so much for coming to chat with us tomorrow!! Not even the papers (still unwritten) nor the pain in my shoulder would keep me away from that chat.

And Blair, fear not, I'll wake you up.

  • YAY! I'm so excited to hear that John, the amazing newsmaster, is going to be joining us tomorrow! To repeat everyone else...you are a brave, brave man...=D

  • Blogger's letting me post twice! That's some sort of record, right? I wonder if I can post in less than 18.7 seconds. (Hint: If you don't get that, read the past week's articles on SwimInfo before this week's chat.)

Hip Hip Hooray for tomorrow's chat! If I can prepare you John, it would be to say the following: chat is like a conversation with a subway full of New Yorkers, on speed. I speak in hypotheticals of course.

lala, will the body shots be...you guessed it...after midnight? ;-)

By Blogger crackinup, at 3/30/2005 2:45 AM

  • Haha Kerry I totally got the 18.7 seconds reference (yes I was watching the NCAA results like a Hawk!) Now I wonder whats more amazing, the 18.7 second swim..or the 18.7 second post allowed by blogger...????
