I was trying to think of some clever word play on "pick-me-up." So far I have:

Pick-me-up is right..I just fell off my chair!

Those flags really are a nuisance. Well,except for when you are swimming backstroke,that is. Other than that,they are always in the way. ;)

Great abs,as usual,Bren. I truly appreciate all the hard work you've put into getting them to look like that....lol.

Yeah, that one IS very nice Blair - but I didn't want to do two podium shots in a row and I preferred the one in the white shirt.

Reports (and photographic evidence) now coming in from Friday night. I'm told there will be a report filed later. Wheeee!

Michelle, did you get the little video clip I sent ya? If not, it's no biggie--Texas Trio has it up too, but I'm starting to convert my video from Indy into clips and sending them out. I DID get your video Shannen - thanks so much. I just watched it this morning and it's very cute. I'll get it posted later today.

well, this is a GREAT way to start off the week...though, i must say something funny happened to me today...

okay, so i was at school today and i spent one of the periods in the library...anyway, i decided to go here and check for updates...

i was browsing through the pics in the gallery and like everyone else here, i was pretty mesmerized by this lovely photo of brendan and was kinda looking at it for a while, when all of a sudden i hear one of the librarians practically shouting, "Excuse me! Young lady! What are you looking at?! Why is there a NAKED man on your screen?!? Are you looking up PORN?!!?"

i turn around to see who she's talking to, and she starts walking--and i'm talking about power walking--over to me. so she immediately starts asking me why i'm looking up such pictures online and how i even manage to pull up the website because there's a block on porn sites...then she goes on to this whole lecture me about all this, without even letting me get a word in...(while everyone else in the library are all staring, pointing, and laughing at me)

luckily, my teacher came over and calmed her down a bit. then he asks me what i was looking at, and i showed him. apparently, the librarian only saw the TOP HALF of the pic, with brendan's abs(which i must say is the best part of the pic : D) when she walked by and thought it was porn...

anyway, she apologized and just told me to be more careful of what i look up...so, thank you, brendan hansen, for getting me yelled at by the school librarian! lol jk brendan, it was worth it..

the whole thing was pretty funny...and after showing my friends what the pic i was looking at, i managed to recruit some Brendan Hansen fans heh heh : )

p.s. just realized how good it was that brendan had jammers on in the pic..i can't even imagine how much worse the librarian would've reacted if she saw bren in one of his speedos! *mm bren in a speedo...* ; ) hahaha

Hee! Carla, that's hysterical. Reminds me of when my dad caught me looking at them. "What are you looking at?!" "Swimmers" "And how old are these guys?" "um, *mumblemumble >insertagerangehere<" "Shannon Lynn (my real name)..." he says shaking his head and walking away.

You know what? I was just checking out that picture again *wink* and once I got past the shoulders and abs, I noticed how nicely smooth and tan his skin is. Mmm.....very nice.

hahaha s'all good mrs h! the look on the lady's face when she realized what it was, was priceless!

but as for where her mind was at, the librarian did say that all she saw was the top half of the pic...which consisted of bren's bare chest and amazing

What makes me laugh about the porn talk is the fact that he has on goggles and a swimcap. How bizarre would that video be. I'm sure it would have a great story though because it is,afterall,about the story. ;)
