Brendan looked really relaxed and everyone was amazed how fast they swam in this first heat. Tonight should be a little slower with Kitajima and Brendan in seperate prelims.

Ah, tonight's finals and semifinals was fun! Lots of good swimming, and Brendan did very well. And it was fun to meet Randall's mum in the chat room.
Now I need to rest for tomorrow's finals, phew!

Whew, what a night! I kept screaming "GO! GO! GO!" at my TV! The final's going to be a blast if Brendan can crank it up like he did today. And here's to Ian taking his record back tomorrow! Hope you girls in Montreal are having an awesome time!

Alright Brendan! I'm still sending my positive energy to Montreal. I won't be there for Brendan's race, so like crackinup said--cheer extra loud for us.
