Thanks for posting Brendan...

So now we know the Brendan news is that he's busy with school....maybe he'll make an appearance at the Golden Goggles Monday and we'll get to see him all scruffy and dressed up again. Any of you plan on going to watch the red carpet walk? Take plenty of pictures for those of us who can't make it.

Kara Lynn was great in chat tonight and we had a good turn out. Thanks to everyone who made it. I'm in LA with lala at the moment and then off to Philly tomorrow night so I probably won't get the recap posted until I get back but rest assured it will be up next week.

    Oh well, at least I'll see him and the rest of the bunch at the Golden Goggles. Meesh, no need to worry. Lots of pictures WILL be taken. I'm on strict orders from quite a few people to get good pics for them. :P

    Andrea- We're totally going to have to meet up or something. Terrie and I would love to have someone else to hang out there with :)

  • I'm really bummed I missed Kara Lynn's chat. I've worked so many days straight I lost track of what day it was...lol. I'm sure she was just as nice and open as all the swimmers we've talked to have been. It means alot when someone takes time out of their busy lives to spend time chatting with us. Hopefully Meesh can drag her back another time.

  • Brendan's alive! Ah, school work. That's the only part about college that I don't miss. I suspect Bren is faring just fine. If he has half the work ethic in class that he has in the pool, he'll be teaching by next year. ;-)

    Thanks again to Kara Lynn, very cool of her to make time for our craziness.

    So I made my ocean-race wetsuit debut last weekend! I am proud to report that there are, in fact, concrete benefits to competing in a flotation device. Plus the padding was good when I nearly took out a couple "innocent victims" while rounding the bouys. *grin*
