10 Did I hear correctly that you are headed for grad school?

Ben: Actually, I am applying to medical school right now so things in life are moving along, and everything is exciting. I'm glad to be moving onto the next level, though. I've had a great time in my career at Stanford.

Drive safely Michelle!

I was reading that 20 questions earlier and something sat really wrong with me. The guy in the photo is not Ben. At first I thought I was totally crazy, but the more I looked at it the more it wasn't Ben. And not only wasn't it Ben, but that guy was chewing on a bronze medal and Ben's is gold. So using Blair's brilliant idea I looked at the Omega site to see who got bronze medals that night, and lo and behold I discovered that it was Albert Subirats. The photographer at Getty had mislabeled it. I hope USA swimming can get their money back on that one. I liked Ben's answers. He really can't take his spot on the team for granted. The field is extremely deep and we all know Gary Hall Jr. and Cullen Jones will bring everything that have got. Also, if Nick Brunelli is back in good health, it'll be a really hard spot for him to hold.

I have not gone to bed yet and I have to work then fly all night. I don't think I planned this very well.... Are we sure we can't get Brendan to swim at this meet in Ann Arbor?
